Under the guidance of our expert chefs—who also serve as mentors to our talented hospitality students—you will learn to identify the "Kroeung" (herb paste) that forms the foundation of almost every Cambodian dish. You’ll touch, smell, and harvest the ingredients that make our cuisine so vibrant:
